We are currently seeking private equity partners who would like to earn high yields on their money in real estate. Your Investment is legally secured in Real Estate. This would be in the form of an LLC or second mortgage drawn up by attorneys.

The minimum investment would be $50,000.00. We offer an investment packages for your short and long term goals.

The Palacio Development Group, LLC is a development and investment company that acquires income producing real estate assets, commercially zoned land parcels through out Arizona for hold and development of hotels and manage a variety of real estate investment opportunities. Our primary strength resides in "situational buying" Opportunities, which are realty investments that allow us to create a rapid increase in a properties value through addition or modification of the property.

Short term goals

• Investment period from 3 months to 12 months.

Investors may have the need or desire to sell there interest in our fund prior to termination of the investment period. While we will assist an investor in selling there interests, the Hotel Motel Development Group, LLC. Makes no guarantee or warranty that it will be possible, or to what extent the investor’s original capital will be fully realized.

Target Returns on Investments:

While no investment is guaranteed, the Palacio Development Group, LLC; targets investment opportunities where a minimum annual return of 12% or greater is possible through the meeting of strategic objectives for each investment as set forth and explained in the limited offering memorandum.
